Chapter 329: Still Waiting to Hold a Great-Grandchild
As they spoke, suddenly a flurry of footsteps could be heard outside the door.
The servant rushed in excitedly, "Master Shaw, the young master, the second master, and the Young Madam have returned."
Liam Shaw and Adrian Shaw turned their heads toward the door, just in time to see Adrian Holt returning with Serena Summers.
There were also two men with sullen expressions following behind them, looking fierce and formidable as if someone owed them millions.
Liam Shaw chuckled and greeted, "President Selwyn, Mr. Carter."
Edward Selwyn and Vincent Carter glared coldly at Adrian Holt and then nodded towards Liam Shaw in response.
Liam Shaw didn’t take their attitude to heart and turned to Adrian Holt and Serena Summers, "Good to see you back. We’ve been trying to call you and couldn’t get through. Grandfather has been worried about you."
Noticing the concern and tension in his eyes, Adrian Holt felt his heart wrapped in a warm embrace.
This feeling of being carefully treated and cherished was something he had never experienced before.
A touch of sourness rose in his heart, but it was quickly pushed back down, and his thin lips curved into a faint smile, "The phone was off on the plane."
