Ever since the last big setback, An Hao strongly suggested that he attend night school to study business, particularly focusing on contract signing.
So, he did understand some of the content.

Liu Xiaolian grabbed a handful of sunflower seeds, sitting beside An Ping watching him study the contract.
"Yeah, I’ve pretty much studied it all." An Ping straightened up and looked away, "This clause is quite strict, maintaining the freshness of the vegetables, the quantity, and the delivery time. Nothing else though."
"So, you mean it’s okay to sign?" Liu Xiaolian asked.
"I think it’s okay." An Ping put down the contract, and after a thought, he added, "Isn’t it just delivering vegetables? Why are there such detailed stipulations? Isn’t this woman playing some tricks on us?"
He was indeed a bit uneasy.
"That can’t be, right? She has opened four Nanguofeng outlets. Do you know what everyone says about Nanguofeng? They say that the female boss made her fortune through honesty! Maybe she made the terms so detailed because she wants to build a brand. You’re afraid of being tricked, but isn’t she also afraid of being tricked by you? So, all these clauses are just self-protection, right?" Liu Xiaolian argued.
An Ping felt there was some sense in his words.
But still, he hesitated to sign.
"What’s the matter? Still afraid to sign? Is it really necessary?" Liu Xiaolian couldn’t help but mock An Ping, "Where did the confidence go when you used to sign business deals with grand gestures? Why are you so hesitant now?"
