The elderly woman gazed at Lin Qiushu with a loving look, lifting her hand that seemed as dry as dead pine to gently stroke her head, "Why? Are you afraid I won’t live to a ripe old age? Don’t worry! I won’t die before that day comes!"
"Stop talking about dying or living! It makes me uneasy just to hear it!" Lin Qiushu couldn’t help but pout.
"You! Every time I bring this up, you get all petulant on me! Everyone dies, it’s just a matter of sooner or later! I’m an old woman, and I’m not scared, so what are you afraid of?" the elderly woman said with a smile.
