And yet, despite his best efforts to persuade her to take a step back and prioritize her own well-being, Sealyn remained resolute in her determination to continue her training. Her fear of falling behind, of being left behind in the relentless pursuit of strength and power, outweighed any concerns for her own health and safety.
"If even Terra and Seara can’t stop her, no one can," Rain while rubbing his eyes. "I guess we can only wait until something happens so that we can scold her. Van is at least covering for her, right?"
"Van, Seadrei, Seadir, your sisters... they are all slacking off while using the excuse to be looking after Reed," Roan said and then sighed.
"... I guess we can be lenient and give them a few more days off," Rain said after thinking for a short while.
Rain was worried... he didn’t have much room to say that, but there was a high chance that Reed would grow up spoiled with all that many people looking after him. He would have done the same with his kids if it weren’t for the circumstances, so that was why he couldn’t say anything.
In any case, before resting for a bit, Rain decided to check things with Sealyn, and soon he found her using her version of that technique... it was probably right to call it Origin Thrust, considering the way she used the technique. Close to her, Rain also found Terra and Seara using their own versions of the technique... they didn’t slack off that much.
"You guys... I wished that I could say anything right now, but I can’t, huh?" Rain asked. "At least try not to overdo it."
"I am done here; I’ve already got used to the technique," Sealyn said. "It is pretty useful. What is the next Level?"
"Aha! I won’t tell you unless you behave," Rain said. "Finally, I have the chance to use my authority to control things around here."
