Chapter 34: Driving Wang LuLu Away
Wang LuLu’s face immediately darkened further. She had originally planned to leave like this, with the bill left to Leng Yichen. She didn’t expect Bai Yiran to see through her little scheme.
"The money from my husband can’t be spent by unrelated women," Bai Yiran purposely hooked her arm through Leng Yichen’s, raising an eyebrow as she looked at Wang LuLu.
Wang LuLu gritted her teeth and glared at Bai Yiran, then said to the manager, "How much!"
The manager had already prepared the bill, "A total of three thousand five hundred yuan."
Wang LuLu’s eyes widened, "We only had appetizers! Why is it so expensive!"

Wang LuLu’s expression grew even uglier as she looked at Feifei and Lili beside her, "Do any of you have cash? I don’t have enough on me."
Feifei and Lili shook their heads in unison, "No, Lu Lu, you said you were treating us, so we didn’t bring money." Ridiculous, being with you is embarrassing enough, getting kicked out of the restaurant, and now you want money from us? Dream on!
Wang LuLu realized that these so-called sisters were only trying to cozy up to her because of her status as Leng Yichen’s fiancée. Now that they knew she was nothing, their true colors showed!

"Alright, this way please!" The manager guided Wang LuLu to the cash register.
