Chapter 28: The First Xuan Talisman
The process of creating a Xuan Talisman cannot be disturbed. Once interrupted, the talisman fails, and the creator will suffer backlash, some light, some severe; light will consume the spirit, while heavy may pose life-threatening danger.
It was Beisitian’s first time creating a Xuan Talisman in this world, and she must exercise extreme caution. This body can no longer withstand any harm!

For her first talisman creation, she chose the simplest Xuan Talisman which could strengthen the body. When paired with certain foods and herbs, it could replenish vital energy and blood in the shortest possible time, thus enhancing physical fitness.
This shortest time might be two or three days, or it could be two weeks. The effect varies for different people. If a person’s body has a repelling charm, the effect time will be prolonged.
Drawing the talisman is relatively simple; Spiritual Pointing is the final and also the most crucial and difficult step!
The Spiritual Pointing process is where the talisman maker concentrates their spirit to make the Xuan Talisman effective. Many people fail to become a Mystic Doctor because they get stuck at Spiritual Pointing!
The requirements for a Mystic Doctor regarding spirit are extremely high; only when the three are in harmony can Spiritual Pointing be completed!
Beisitian was not a beginner; when she drew the final stroke of the talisman, her eyes, bright like morning stars, suddenly widened. It seemed like something flashed in her pupils, fleeting and so fast that it was impossible to see!
