Chapter 63: Don’t Provoke
The agent, seeing the situation, hurriedly inquired, "How’s the contact going? What kind of response did Mr. Johnson give?"
Facing the assistant’s concerned gaze, Nell Sue, full of anger, replied with a trembling voice, "That guy is truly an old fox! All he did was shower Clara White with praises! I feel like there’s some unspeakable motive behind this!"

"But in the past, Mr. Johnson seemed to appreciate you quite a bit."

It’s said that George Taylor has been finalized to play the male lead. And according to the script, he and I will have quite a few scenes together."
"On the surface, George Taylor gives off an image of being refined and polite. But in reality, he’s very picky about his performance during filming. If I can surpass the so-called female lead with my solid acting skills, maybe I can secure more performance space and seize this opportunity to suppress newcomers who win solely based on appearance.
