As dawn broke, all anomalies disappeared, and the leaden clouds that had loomed over everyone’s heads also dispersed. The sky turned a brilliant blue, and the sun rose as usual.
Everything seemed to return to normal.
However, when Li Yi walked out of the building, he saw smoke rising from various parts of the city, many buildings had collapsed, leaving behind chunks of rubble. The air was filled with a smell of burn, but strangely enough, the Peace Finance Building, such a high-rise, had not suffered a single lightning strike.
It had safely weathered this crisis.
"Li Yi, we’ve got confirmation. The two mythical creatures that fought in the danger zone last night, one is called Garuda, a being of legend that preys on dragons. The other is called... Fei," Lin Yue got some fresh information and immediately reported.
"Fei? What is that?" Li Yi asked curiously.
