Reo stood still, mentally exhausted, rubbing his temples as if he could squeeze some sanity back into his head. Just minutes ago, Clara was glaring at him with cold annoyance, radiating a frigid aura sharper than Althea’s own frost. And now Now she was practically clinging to his arm, all but suggesting they sleep together.
Is this some kind of advanced technique to confuse your opponent? he thought helplessly, inwardly sighing.
The idea of spending the night with Clara should’ve made him excited. After all, she was drop-dead gorgeous, immensely talented, and being honest her Flawless and snow White body had a lot of allure. But Reo had plans. Important ones. Plans that required privacy... and Andrea.

Before he could form an excuse, Althea gave a low, amused hum from behind him. She folded her arms, her figure outlined by the mist that clung to her like a divine veil.
"Hm~ Don’t worry," she said, her tone cool and taunting. "You’re not a threat, little girl."
Her words stabbed like icicles.
Clara stiffened immediately. Her eyes, previously faintly pink from embarrassment, now darkened with a deadly edge. Her gaze dropped instinctively to her own chest, then shifted sideways to Althea’s—voluptuous, mature, and proudly on display.
She gently smile that didn’t reach the Ear.
Reo flinched when he felt her nails digging unconsciously into his arm.
"C-Clara, that really hurts," he whispered urgently, wincing as her grip left red imprints on his skin.
Clara blinked, then released him with a huff, visibly trying to maintain her composure. Her pride as a women, and Althea’s smugness only added fuel to the fire.
