Floating Islands: SSS Gacha Lord

Chapter 426 - Alliance: Officially Activated

[The Vanguard Dominion has achieved a major victory in the Dominion Convergence.]

[Against an opposing alliance with superior numbers and greater overall combat power, the Vanguard Dominion has secured an overwhelming win.]

[This victory was made possible through coordination, strategic cooperation, and unified command, proving the effectiveness of structured alliance warfare.]

[Alliance Feature Unlocked]

[The official Alliance system has now been fully integrated.]

[Representative Lord Designated: Atlas Blackthorn.]

[Alliance authority, rule-setting, and member management are now active under the Vanguard Dominion.]

Atlas was seated once more among the lords of the alliance in the Noble Meeting Hall, the place where they always gathered. By now, it had become something close to sacred. Every major decision within the alliance was made here.

The difference this time was... Atlas was no longer the only male lord in the room, now that Han Feng had officially joined the alliance.

[Congratulations.]

[All alliance members have received 10,000,000 Experience Points.]

[All lords within the alliance have received an additional 5,000,000 Experience Points.]

[1,000,000,000 Experience Points have been evenly distributed among individuals who made outstanding contributions during the battle.]

[This victory has been acknowledged as a complete and decisive conquest.]

[As a result, selected lords within the alliance have been promoted.]

[Promotion Granted: Rank 3 – Pathfinder.]

[Promoted lords are now eligible to take part in Rank 3 Lord Battles during the next Lord Battle Event.]

[List of Promoted Lords:]

[Atlas]

[Luna]

[..]

[Each promoted lord has the right to decline this promotion.]

[Declining the promotion will allow the lord to remain at their current rank.]

[No penalties will be applied for refusal.]

[This choice is final once confirmed.]

Atlas scanned the room once more after finishing the list of names that had received eligibility for Rank 3 promotion.

"It looks like the promotions are based on evaluation," Atlas said calmly. "Any lord whose forces average above level 150 qualified. Arveline, Nysera, and Tessa still received it, even though they lost during the battle."

He let out a quiet chuckle. "And the system is waiting on our decision. It probably already knows that what we really care about is the main reward from this event, the Arcane Grade item."

Atlas swept his gaze across the room again, meeting each of their eyes.

"If we choose to move up to Rank 3 right now," he continued, "it will completely change how we prepare for the next season. We will not be able to move at the slow pace we originally planned."

He leaned back slightly.

"So," Atlas said, "what do you all think?"

Atlas listened as several lords shared their thoughts and concerns.

"We worked too hard to get here," one of them said. "Growth is unavoidable, and power and stability are what we have been aiming for. If this chance is right in front of us, why should we take the harder route and reach it the slow, normal way?"

"We still have a lot to handle. Defenses, structures, the army," another added. "But like Atlas said, only those whose forces already average above level 150 were chosen."

Others continued to voice their opinions.

"Rank 3 means access to higher-level events," someone else said. "We will be able to face Rank 3 and even Rank 4 lords."

Seeing his chance, Atlas spoke again.

"We are building this alliance together," he said firmly. "Every single lord here. We will make sure everyone can grow and protect one another properly."

He paused briefly. "I am not forcing any of you into this. There are risks to consider, especially if your forces are not fully ready. That is why this decision belongs to each of you. If you choose to delay, I will have no issue with it at all."

What Atlas found strange was that none of the selected lords seemed to be considering turning down the offer.

Still, it was not his place to question their choices. This was a matter of life and death, and he knew that every lord in the room had already endured their own trials and hardships. Each of them had more than enough experience to weigh this decision carefully.

In the end, after several more rounds of discussion, everyone who received an offer finally decided to move up to rank-3.

Not long after that, another series of system messages appeared before every lord present in the room.

"So, rank-3 already?" Atlas murmured quietly as he looked at the notification in front of him.

[You have received 20,000 Arcane Shards.]

[You have obtained 64 Standard Tickets.]

[You have received...]

[You have received...]

On top of that, Atlas also gained additional Arcane Shard rewards, and the amount was... 20K? That was equal to 125 exclusive pulls.

Was that not a bit too much?

Still, he was not complaining. With this, Atlas was at least guaranteed to get two rank-S pulls on his next attempt.

In addition to that, there were also 64 Standard Tickets, which was fairly surprising. Exclusive tickets were supposed to have higher value than standard ones. Why was the number of standard tickets lower instead?

But once again, Arcane Shards could actually be used for both exclusive and standard pulls. That answered most of the questions surrounding the rewards.

All the lords began reviewing what they had each received, and clear changes appeared on their faces. That was only natural. In a major event like this, most of the rewards were closely tied to the system abilities each of them possessed.

"Are you all satisfied with what you got?" he asked with a faint smile.

One by one, they answered with enthusiasm. The only possible exception was Han Feng, who had just joined the alliance right after the battle ended.

After everyone finished dealing with their own matters, Atlas stood up. At once, all eyes in the room turned toward him, filled with anticipation.

"The next reward," he said, his gaze sharp and focused. "The Arcane Grade item." As soon as he said that, he could see it in their eyes. Yes. Yes. Hurry up and open it.

"The system is asking us to choose the type of item we want to receive."

Confused expressions appeared on their faces.

Right after that, Atlas shared the system message he had received with everyone present in the room.
