It’s fifty against one. Hmm, how should I go about it? First of.. wait. I got just the right idea.
A bold smirk widens on my lips, "then you’ll have to come with me. The mercenary guild needs your head."
"Pffft, hahahahaha! You guys hear that?" He turns to look at all his men, they’re all laughing and pointing fingers at me. "He said he’ll take my head!" His laughter, it’s like he can’t control it.
"It’s funny.. until it’s not funny." I mutter. I don’t think he heard me. But I don’t care.
As his laughter dwindles, he flings his wrists with immense speed, "someone bring that kid to me. Keep him alive too. Our informants in the guild are all dead. We need to know how, and why the guild actually pinned a task against us." He says. His tone’s stern as he walks back upstairs slowly, and steadily.
And then five men— they jump from upstairs, landing on the ground with a loud thud.
"Where do you think you’re going?" I ask him, my voice low and filled with writhing spite. I outstretch my palm,

And immediately, a red sigil forms on it.
He halts. Turning his neck toward my direction.. I can’t see his blindfolded eyes. But I can see that the wide smirk on his lips is no more. "Ho? So.. you’re a third circle? To cast without chanting.." He says, his confident tone slightly reduces. "Well, it doesn’t matter whether a shrimp like you is a third circle or not. There are fifty of us."
