"Ha, this damned New Federation finally has its day."

Yang Ming raised an eyebrow, then asked,

"What is the Empire’s response?"

"An old prince delivered a speech, seemingly trying to defuse the situation," Lyu analyzed. "The old prince expressed the viewpoint of human peace and that the Milky Way is incredibly vast, far from reaching a resource crunch. It seems the royal family does not wish to go to war with the New Federation."

"Quite the opposite," Yang Ming said, "it’s just a smokescreen, indicating the Empire is about to take action."

Lyu responded, "Additionally, there was another terrorist attack on the Free Federation’s Head Star. The Fourth Pioneer force we’re monitoring has surprisingly come back to life."

Yang Ming hummed a few notes, examining himself in the mirror, and casually put on a shirt lying nearby.

"It might be the New Federation stirring up trouble from behind. Lyu, didn’t you mention before that a Federation Member had contacted that guy’s peripheral forces?"

"It’s possible, but there’s no evidence to prove it," Lyu whispered, "Every Pioneer must have their strengths, right? That guy might have some secret cards up his sleeve."

"Weren’t the three mentors saying that the Pioneers are selected randomly from primary civilizations by the Faya Civilization?"

"I don’t really understand this either. The information is insufficient."

Lyu shook his head earnestly.
