Di Xuyue was speechless. She finally realized that she could not escape; her best option was to face her fear and practice. She also did not want her father to drop her from the sky again to force her to find her footing on the way down. Therefore, she chose to comply with him and practice flying.
After trying again and again, she finally mastered the art of flying! She could now fly very fast yet steadily. Di Fuyi had spent the entire day with her and was pleased to see her making progress. Whenever he saw her practicing on her own, he rewarded her by giving her some fruits and toys.
