Di Fuyi knew Gu Xijiu very well. When he was still a child, he managed to lure her in with his irresistible cuteness and made her do anything that he wanted. She sent him home and gave him little presents. Eventually, she even fell for him. The same tactic should not be repeated. He would never let anyone enjoy the same privilege that he had.
Di Fuyi started judging the baby, who was clearly adorable but could potentially be an embodiment of some wicked monster. He remembered that his own father had the strange habit of transforming into a baby every once in a while. Hence, the baby could merely be a transformation of someone strange.
"Are you being too petty against a baby who cannot even walk on his own?" The baby said innocently.
"Am I?" Di Fuyi acknowledged his remark with a smile.
All of a sudden, he lifted the baby and released him mid-air. Unsteadily, the baby fell onto the bed and almost hurt his head. He tried to turn his body around and gazed at Di Fuyi in disbelief. "What are you trying to do?" He questioned.
Was Di Fuyi trying to torture the baby as a means to vent his frustration about his lover running away with another man? Di Fuyi did not know what to say. Honestly, he thought that the baby was only pretending that he could not walk.
"How old are you?" Di Fuyi asked while crossing his arms.
