Chapter 1927: Encounter
Dressed in a dark purple outfit with large sleeves, his movements resembled waves. He had a stalwart figure, a head of black hair that was half-tied, and on his forehead was a colorful gem that looked like a fox’s eye, giving off an ominous light underneath his strands of black hair.
He had a mask that looked like a butterfly, which covered everything above his nose and only revealed his chin and lips, both of which had perfect curvatures. His lips were of a pale red shade, like a flower petal under the fine showers in the wee hours. His lips curved upwards slightly, making him look as if he was smiling even if he was not.
From above him, green droplets would occasionally drop. But they were harmless, so Gu Xijiu did not bother to do anything about it. Yet, the young man was obviously affected by it. He held up an umbrella with lotus drawn in ink on it. The lotus was also pale red, like the cheeks of a young lady. As the green droplets fell, they smeared on the umbrella. It seemed like a lotus flower with its leaves as the backdrop, a well laid out contrast.
The appearance of the young man was like a streak of light in a dark backdrop, one that carried an aura of an electrifying element of youth. The young man had half of his face covered, yet his elegance was still perceivable, easily making him the center of attention.
When Gu Xijiu was trying to figure out the young man’s identity, she felt an unknown thump in her heart! It was as if a string buried deep within her heart had been gently plucked! Sending off ripples throughout her body.
Who was that young man? Where was he from? The young man appeared to emerge out of nowhere from behind the people. Even Gu Xijiu did not see the direction from which he came.
The Firmament Stone, who had been lying on Gu Xijiu’s wrist all the while, was also stunned for a few seconds! It suddenly felt an urge to take the mask of the man’s face! Di Fuyi! That man did looks like Di Fuyi! Could that be him?
