The mermaid kept her confined within a water ball in the underground and only pulled her back to the surface right before she was about to suffocate to death. Before she could even take a few deep breaths, she was again drawn back down to the bottom of the underground again.
All the while Lan Waiu begged her and scolded her, but that mermaid appeared to be oblivious; she was like a lifeless robot dragging her all the way here.
It was only when they reached here that Lan Waihu could finally breathe properly, but she was put through a series of torturous events now. Lan Waihu was furious. "Are you not trapped in here as well?! Are you not going to suffer the same fate as me?"
"Haha, I am not in the same condition as you. Brother Huang will save me, and he would not let anything happen to me. However, Brother Huang only minds his own business; had he come he would only save me, and would not care about a fox like you."
