Chapter 1411: Reunited With Their Master
Gu Xijiu and Di Fuyi teleported into the mansion. Di Fuyi frowned slightly when they entered the prison as there was an insufficient amount of spiritual power in the area. However, the place was filled with evil energy. Besides that, they seemingly heard the sound of people sobbing which annoyed them, and it was also somewhat terrifying in a way. Di Fuyi felt uncomfortable even though he possessed such powerful abilities. Perhaps, she was feeling worse than him?
Di Fuyi placed one of his hands on Gu Xijiu’s shoulder. "Are you afraid?"
Gu Xijiu shook her head. "No." She even glimpsed at Di Fuyi with annoyance. "What’s there to be afraid of?"
Though the prison seemed horrifying and cold, she was able to bear with it. After all, she had entered a ghost house before. The prison was not that big a deal!
Di Fuyi silently observed her complexion and realized nothing was abnormal about her and she seemed fine.
He suddenly had an idea as he looked around at their surroundings. He noticed that several dark red color wraiths were lingering around in the dark and narrow trail.
He wrapped his arm around her waist. "Baby, have you noticed anything?"
Gu Xijiu looked around again. "Oil lamp, blood, dirty prisoners..."
There were many prisoners locked in their cells. Some of them were screaming while others were sleeping. All of them must have gone through cruel punishments as they were all dirty and severely injured. Some of them were even beyond recognition.
Di Fuyi paused for a moment before casting a spell on her. "Alright, take a look around and see if you can find your good friends."
