Chapter 140. Three against Sharon!
(Third Person POV)
Earlier that day, while Asher and his friends were out hunting slimes, Sharon was strolling peacefully through the streets of Eldoria, running a few errands.
But peace, for someone like her, was always temporary.
Out of nowhere, her usual nightmare showed up—Brittany, flanked by two lackeys like a low-budget queen with her court. She hadn’t let go of the humiliation from the other day, when Sharon had smashed her face into a desk in front of the entire class. That grudge was still burning hot.
"Well, well, well! If it isn’t the 18-year-old bitch in the body of a ten-year-old kid!" Brittany sneered, stepping into Sharon’s path with a smug grin.
Sharon clicked her tongue in annoyance and tried to walk past them, but her path was blocked by the two dumbbells Brittany called friends.
"You think you can just escape whenever you feel like it?" Brittany growled—and without warning, she slapped Sharon across the face.
The slap stung, jerking Sharon’s head to the side. But she didn’t fall. Her fiery eyes narrowed as she slowly turned to glare up at Brittany, her cheek throbbing.
"What do you think you’re doing, ugly?!"
Boom. That one word—ugly—set Brittany ablaze. If Sharon had poured oil on a fire, the effect wouldn’t have been more explosive.
With a furious scream, Brittany kicked Sharon hard in the stomach, sending her skidding back. But Sharon, tough as nails and hot-headed as ever, forced herself to her feet. In one smooth motion, she raised a hand and fired off a fast, fiery fire spell!
