"Brother Leng, what brings you to North City?" Li Si asked, while carefully observing Leng Mochen’s complexion. It wasn’t the bluish-white from before; now, it was like a greasy white, as if wearing makeup. It seemed the water was effective, she thought happily.
"I have something to discuss with you, let’s go to your place first! We can’t talk outside!" Leng Mochen said, and then they took a taxi home together.
While going upstairs, Li Si took out her phone and used its light to illuminate the way.
