Vampire's Veil Of Obsession

Chapter 190: Beach..

His tone was smooth—almost sinful—sending a shiver down Lilia’s spine. Her cheeks flushed as she bit her bottom lip, caught between disbelief and shock.

"You’re unbelievable," she whispered, though her heart swelled at the thought.

Lilia shook her head again, still in disbelief, then spoke quietly, "I can’t believe you actually booked all this just because of..." She paused, shaking her head once more. "Who knew that..." At this point, she was deeply at a loss for words.

She knew very well how expensive it was to even book a beach—talk less of booking everything around it. Then she added with a soft giggle, "It seems you really don’t know what to use money for."

Zethan moved to her and held her hands, a smirk on his face. "Of course I do. I know exactly what to use money for. The reason I have money is to spend it all on my wife."

Lilia nodded, puffing her cheeks in agreement. "Of course. True." Then she added playfully, "And I realized I don’t have a beautiful bag for work, so I’ll be needing something expensive and extravagant." She acted like a boss, flipping her hair.

Zethan chuckled. "Then a bag it is."

She laughed softly. "I’m kidding. The bag I have will do just fine," she said quietly.

Zethan simply nodded, though in the back of his mind, he already knew what he was going to do.

Then Lilia gently tugged him. "Come, let’s go check out our room."

Zethan nodded and walked beside her, finally leading her toward a cottage-like place. The sand beneath their feet was soft and white, guiding them along a path bordered by flowerbeds, garden plants, and colorful pots. It was both beautiful and charming.
