Chapter 63: Race Against Time (1)
As he ran across the octopus’s body, he went from the left to the right side of the room. In the area where he was now, the room was about 70 meters wide.
Considering that the octopus was about 20 to 24 meters long and approximately 30 meters wide at the main part of its body, Elliot didn’t need to get off this colossal body to do what he wanted to do.
He looked up.
The construction of this room had certain classic features from ancient times. They were like concrete bars arranged between the walls and the ceiling, giving the impression that they supported the ceiling.
These were perfect arrangements for his current situation.
So, he jumped as high as he could. He ignored the rat inside and focused on his goblin to summon it onto these bars: "Destroy them and throw them here!" he shouted.
The bars were so high that if he didn’t jump, he wouldn’t have been able to pull the goblin up, but it managed to fall right where he needed it to and seemed to understand Elliot’s thoughts perfectly.
Meanwhile, Elliot fell back onto the octopus’s body, but was shocked to see one of the tentacles heading straight for him at full speed, along with huge amounts of poison diluted in water.
"Shit, that’s right, it still has two more."
Hurriedly, he lunged to the side, trying to dodge it, but in the process, he realized he didn’t have enough time or speed. It was a powerful and fast attack that would likely cause him to retreat from his power, forcing him to take all the poison into his body.
It could kill him.
