The fight went very intensely, It is not enough that he make the creature choked by it’s own feet, Zhao Li Xin even took it far by pulling the beast othe legs and using it to stab the hard body of the creature turned the beast into a giant - bloody hedgehog, it was trully a horrendous sight.
Meanwhile Leon watched casually from above, he didn’t feel worried at all, instead he felt a bit pity for the beast. He never thought that one day he would see high-level beast who were feared by many gifted people and powerful hunters, being cruelly tortured so mercilessly.
But what is more important is after seeing the fire attack from Zhao Li Xin and watching his fighting style, Leon suddenly remembers about the man involved in experiments in the scuron, with the way he also has long hair and similar height, could it be!
How could he forget a face like this? Leon slapped his forehead, but of course he can. Few people knew that Leon had sa pecial condition called face blindness, or clinically known as prosopagnosia.
Fortunately, his condition is not to severe. He only have mild face blindness meaning, he couldn’t recognize people right away and it took more time for him to memorize people’s faces, but later on he learned to pick up a striking features from people he just met like scars, beauty marks, their voice and the color of their eyes, sometimes through their gifted power or their fighting style.
When he saw Zhao Li Xin’s purple flame he immediately remembered the man who participated in the weapon experiment; if so, the woman must be the princess of Lorient. No wonder that annoying brat said he could not afford her, of course he can’t!
What annoyed Leon the most was that no one from the Archknights explained this to him, especially Fargo who knew he was eager to recruite Zhao Li Xin and Lory to his team at that time.
Instead of explaining, Fargo tricks him into paying for his drinks for two nights in a row, and not just regular drink,s but expensive liquor, which then leads his wife to interrogate him all night after getting a notification from the bank informing her of the big purchase he made.
Leon forehead twitched as he realize he had been tricked by Fargo and possibly Fredhadt too, that Stephan’s boy should know about this as well but he stay quiet!
