Chapter 332: Joining the Team
Jing Yan stared at the Red Lotus Academy student.
Then, his gaze shifted, looking towards Jing Ziqi.
"Ziqi, I have something to tell you, let’s go over there," Jing Yan said to Jing Ziqi.
He truly couldn’t be bothered with that high-level student from Red Lotus Academy, the gap between them was too great. Jing Yan had reached a height where his state of mind had improved, and he no longer placed as much importance on some verbal disrespect as he once did.
"Okay," Jing Ziqi immediately responded.
"Kid, I’m talking to you, are you deaf?"
Jing Yan didn’t want to pay attention to that man, but the man, taking his silence as a personal affront, presumably saw Jing Yan’s disregard as an insult, causing him to lose face in front of others.
"Gao Lu senior brother, Jing Yan is a student from Dao Yi Academy," Jing Ziqi said with slightly furrowed brows to the student called Gao Lu from Red Lotus Academy.
"From Dao Yi Academy? He can enter one of the Three Major Academies?" Gao Lu raised his brows and let out a sneering laugh.
"Gao Lu, since he is a friend of Jing Ziqi, we are all not strangers here, just let it go!" someone from the Red Lotus Academy team advised the man called Gao Lu.
"Yeah! We are here to hunt spiritual beasts to complete our mission, so we shouldn’t create unnecessary problems."
"Jing Ziqi, hurry up, we are all waiting for you!"
