Big Day
“Oh, you’re pregnant? That’s good to know, since it’s exactly what I wanted”
Milerva clenched her fist in abject anger at his answer. Not only had he put a damned baby inside of her, but it hadn’t even been an accident?
“This… This wasn’t part of the deal! Are you trying to ruin my marriage and family?! What if the kid looks like you?! Do you think Galdon is an idiot?!” Edrick just looked at the seething Milerva and smiled.
“It will be fine. Besides, did you not want a fourth child? It’s an honour to bear the progeny of someone like me, you know? And also, I need to spread my bloodline around a bit…” he replied.
Milerva’s face darkened at the utter nonchalance.
“Oh, but don’t worry, I’ll participate a bit in raising this child. This one will be of pure noble blood after all”
“No thanks, I would rather not have you anywhere near any child!”
Anoteros laughed before he leaned forward and grabbed Milerva’s chin, propping her head up a bit.
“We could always make some more in the future… I found your moans to be quite delightful last time-” a feather manifested out of thin air and pressed against his throat.
“This was a one-time thing. It will not happen again! Don’t even think about it”
She was rather clear on that point, so Edrick just raised both of his hands with a charming smile.
“Alright, if you insist… Maybe at a later date?”
Lady Oie didn’t want to argue any further and left. Truly, it seemed that despite the intense pleasure she experienced under the young noble’s care, she had not lost even a bit of her wits, still seeing things rationally, and thus, very mad about the impromptu pregnancy.
‘What a delightful woman…’ Anoteros enjoyed that resilience. It only made him look forward to the next occasion he would have to play with her.

Following the little conversation with his future in-laws, the day of the marriage arrived quickly. Galdon and Milerva had already been making preparations whilst their future son-in-law was inside the secret realm... They had already set a date. Only a few minor details needed discussion before the event could take place.
Now, it was the big day. This would be the first genuine marriage ceremony Anoteros would be going through in this world.
He hadn’t had any official ceremonies with his other wives, but it wasn’t like it mattered. As a noble, whoever he stated was his wife would be deemed as such. Ceremonies were mostly a thing performed by nobles when they married other nobles.
It really was something that only the wealthy and well-off would bother with, especially since most marriages in the higher echelon would be purely political or based on mutual profit, so they wanted to make a big show out of it.
The same was true of Galdon and Milerva. They wanted to make sure that everyone knew that their daughters were getting married to an Elt, and to Edrick in particular. It was a way to ensure that the news would spread and that all would be aware that the Oie family now shared a strong link to a great clan. It also served to put pressure on Edrick, in case he did not treat their daughters with the respect they deserved.
In any case, the marriage ceremony took place in the city’s center, which had been decorated for the occasion. The event was frankly just as boring as any other wedding Anoteros had gone to in the past.
Nothing of note happened apart from the people being quite a bit shocked about the fact that, not only was the groom an Elt, but he was also marrying both Jania and Tylia at the same time... He was accompanied by five of his wives as well…
This made some wonder what the city lord was thinking with this marriage, but such concerns were drowned by the festivities.
Eventually, the real highlight of the day showed up--That being the arrival of the two brides. They were dressed in refined wedding dresses which flowed so much that they required attendants to help carry them. They were also decorated with goose feathers and a veil that did not let anyone see their faces until it was time for Edrick to lift it.
The first to step forward was Jania. Her usually focused demeanour was in shambles, as the emotions were making her eyes watery.
The groom gently wiped away her tears of joy and eventually bent down to seal their union with a kiss.
As for Tylia, she was all jittery instead, hardly staying in place. However, she controlled herself to appear dignified in front of the masses. Her freckled face was red with excitement.
Edrick kissed her in the same manner as he did with Jania, and the crowd cheered. Who cared if it was a bit of an odd ceremony? The two young ladies seemed so happy! And since the Oie family was beloved in the city, this made everyone happy…
The celebrations kept on for hours, but eventually, the new husband and wives slipped away alongside all of Edrick’s entourage. It was time to truly and permanently seal their union.
Anoteros took his two noble wives to his residence, where they spent the night entangled together in a steamy display of affection. It might have all been for the sake of some quests and for the thrill of it at first, but the young ladies of Oie proved to be to his tastes.
As such, he not only officially married them in front of the entire city, but in the intimacy of the bedroom... He marked them both with a wife crest, therefore truly making them his sixth and seventh wives–Or rather, his first and second noble wives.
Their crests took very similar forms, both forming and wrapping around their right thigh, taking the form of the usual purple circle representing Edrick, and then forming a flock of blue geese.
They were not identical, however. There were minor differences in how the crests looked.
He decided not to have offspring with them just yet, simply engaging in carnal acts for the sake of it.
The next day, he brought them back to the Oie manor, as unfortunately, due to their noble status, they were still expected to reside with their family--Especially Jania, who was set to take over the mantle of city lord.
But Edrick was planning on visiting them often. His belongings needed attention, after all.
Before Edrick could leave, though, he ran into someone he had not had the occasion to converse much with before…
