Chapter 175 Half-Man, Half-Pig
A rugged off-road vehicle sped like a wild horse on the desolate highway.
Zhou Xiaoliang drove while Xiao Jian sat in the copilot’s seat giving commands. Sitting in the back were Han Yi and Han Jiaojiao, heading toward the North Suburban Farm.
The closer they got to the farm, the more barren and desolate the scenery along the highway became. If it hadn’t been for the many mutant beasts near the farm, this place wouldn’t have been a bad spot to live in; after all, it was sparsely populated, and the Alien Species were relatively few.
After driving for a while, they were met with vast uninterrupted flat fields in front of them, but there were no crops—these must have been harvested by the military base’s army long ago.
Han Yi’s lips curled into a strange smile and he said, "This is somewhat interesting."
Han Jiaojiao looked at him, puzzled, "Brother, what is somewhat interesting?"
"This farm has clearly been visited multiple times, indicating that in the past, that mutant pig wasn’t here."
"Exactly." Xiao Jian nodded, "The farm isn’t far from the base, the base definitely must have sent troops to sweep through it numerous times, and many people have come here for missions. The mutant pig must have appeared only recently."
Han Yi looked ahead to the rapidly approaching farm entrance and slowly said, "Nothing appears without a reason."
They soon arrived at a muddy pit.
