After considering for a few seconds, Hircine began to rationalize, "You scared Her off. Eye Demons are not good creatures. They bully the weak and fear the strong by nature. Discovering that you still possess the power of the Archduke of the Devils, She didn’t dare to enter Hell, She didn’t dare to step into your Divine Realm."
Amberser smiled and said, "I’m afraid there’s more to it than that. When you were contacting these Demon Lords, you must have made them many promises. My weakened power is only one among them. You also told them no Deity would come to my aid, didn’t you? Since my Divine Power has not diminished, then what you solemnly swore about no other Deities coming to help me, could that also be a falsehood?"
