In a year or two, these two guys would slowly turn into drooling zombies, so for the time being, they could only maintain their thinking abilities by sleeping for extended periods.

Amberser realized suddenly, thinking it was some secret but it turned out to be this.

"What’s your method?" Amberser asked curiously.

Aige explained, "Using my Deity Position, if I can successfully become the God of Freedom, then my power should be able to liberate the bound souls, just like the Kuotuo Murloc. I can grant them true Free Will, unaffected by the body. The undead need obsessions because their bodies, unlike those of the living, lack other sensations to support the existence of the soul.

"Perhaps, I could also restore freedom to Rose’s soul."
