Chapter 489 - 450 You’re Finally Crazy_2
Amberser could appear in human form, which at least would make some of the objectors feel a bit better.
Airel thought to herself, "This Lich is actually quite polite, so it seems he truly intends to cooperate with Fury Tide Kingdom."
Amberser was not in a hurry and started by methodically inspecting the proposed site for the Alchemy Factory.
The Alchemy Factory that Amberser wanted to build was quite large, and the island where the Royal Capital was located didn’t have enough flat land for its construction, so the factory was tentatively divided between two island areas. The ground had been mostly leveled, and Amberser had someone come over to draw up the designs, which had no issues in their content.
However, after looking over the overall design, Amberser said to Airel, "If the factory is built on two separate islands, the transportation of materials in the middle is a problem. It not only increases the cost but also causes unnecessary loss and waste."
Fury Tide Kingdom is the main production point for precious magical materials, and these delicate processed magical materials often can’t withstand any mishandling during transportation without being damaged.
Any additional transportation steps would lead to increased wastage, which was unacceptable.
Airel said apologetically, "Fury Tide Kingdom consists of islands, we just don’t have that much flat land. Unless we relocate the civilian residential areas, we truly can’t find enough land to construct the factory."
What Airel worried about the most was this, as there were suggestions within Fury Tide Kingdom to demolish part of the residential areas to satisfy the construction needs of the Alchemy Factory.
But in the Royal Capital, where there was a high population and limited land, it was already difficult to arrange accommodations, and if they proceeded with that plan, many citizens would be displaced.
