Amberser flew a long way, stopping several times to repair his mecha.
He finaly confirmed that the current form of his mecha was not suited for long-distance flight. No matter how you repaired it, it would suffer damage after the next flight. This forced Amberser to slow down after covering thousands of kilometers, as he had almost run out of spare parts and could not afford further breakdowns.
"As expected, the movies from my past life were all fiction. The human form is thoroughly unsuited for supersonic flight. I need to go back and make some modifications."
Even if the shape of the mecha was wrong, the jetpack turned out to be surprisingly stable.
Amberser originally thought it would malfunction after five hundred kilometers, but having flown over a thousand kilometers, the jetpack was still intact. In contrast, the Flame Wraith was exhausted to the point of transparency, unable to control the armor and looking like it was about to fall apart.
With the Silvermoon Tribunal only about two to three hundred kilometers away, Amberser dared not exceed supersonic speeds again. He decided to proceed slowly with a Flight Spell.
However, after experiencing supersonic flight, Amberser felt like the six to seventy kilometers per hour speed of the Flight Spell was as sluggish as a tortoise’s crawl, which was unbearable.
As he leisurely flew in the sky, Amberser suddenly took out the Necromancy Codex.
