Chapter 48: Battling the DemiGoddess of Death, Mikayla!

The lady said, standing up and stretching her arms, walking down the stairs as she stood directly across from Damon, the atmosphere itself shaking in her presence.
"Remember this before your inevitable death challenger!
I am Mikayla, Daughter of Lilith, the First Demon Empress!
And I, am the DemiGoddess of Death!"
As Mikayla’s speech ended, the atmosphere of the battlefield shifted. The Elegant Paintings shattered, and deadly, ravaneous monsters launched out of the paintings, aligning themselves as they looked at Damon as if he was a delicious meal prepared for them to eat.
The deep, battle scars and cracks that were previously laced across the room were fixed and the flames were ignited across the area slowly stopped, the broken pillars were completely fixed, returning the Throne room to its elegant, beautiful look.
The various skeletons that were broken around the room slowly reformed, grapsing weapons and preparing for battle. The Army of the DemiGoddess of Death was ready and roaring to go. Mikayla looked enchanting as she held the Crimson Red BroadSword, ready to clash with Damon.
Damon himself was shocked at his opponent. There were a-lot of persons who Damon had thought could be the Queen of the Southern Obsidian Moon Domain, but Mikayla was a shock.
Mikayla is one of the most legendary and powerful DemiGoddess’ of all time. She’s the daughter of the Primordial and First Ever Divine Demon Empress, the strongest Demon to ever exist, Lilith. Mikayla gained world renouned fame for her legendary battle strength that was only just below the Primordials.
Damon and Mikayla’s eyes locked, a tense atmosphere in the room. The very air shaking due to the immense mana pressure being released by both Damon and Mikayla.
"ARISE!" Damon said immediately in response, a blanket of darkness extending from Damon’s feet and covering the entire battle arena’s floor. Out of that blanket of darkness, Damon’s Shadow Soldiers rose up, ready to battle as the terrifying aura of death emitted from each of their bodies, lead by Varus, Kaldr and Rokn.
