Chapter 29: Challenging the Domain!
Damon simply sat on the ground and embraced the moment, finally having a chance to calm down and relax after multiple days of pure combat and danger while he was crossing the Desert of Death. The surroundings were incredibly serene as a calming silence wrapped around the entire area, the flora and fauna of the nearby area spread across a beautiful aroma.
Damon sat around for maybe 20 minutes, enjoying the scenery and calming himself down before taking out his phone. Damon sent messages to his mother and all his other close friends, telling them that he had arrived at the Southern Obsidian Moon Domain and would be entering soon.
Soon after, Damon’s mother, Sapphire, called him, and after a 30 minute call in which Sapphire gave him many warnings and told him to be safe, the call finally ended.
Then, Damon decided to check out his three ( 3 ) apps, ManaTube, ManaGram and Twitt3r, looking for any interesting and funny posts before he entered the domain and fully went serious.
"Hmmm!" Damon raised his eyebrown as he spotted a post pop up on ManaGram and curiously clicked on it, looking at the post and the various comments underneath it.
"A Dragon’s Poor Treasury!"
This post had popped up for Damon, and the person who posted it was Antares Flandre. Damon had remembered that Antares was his very own cousin, as Antares was the son of Damon’s father’s brother and that Antares had relatively high talent compared to others in Austonia.
The photo he posted was a picture of Antares sitting on a gigantic lump of treasure. Thousands if not millions of various treasures piled up around the entire room with Antares sitting on a golden throne on top of all of the treasure. The room was also built out of one of the most expensive materials in existence.
Damon was surprised seeing this picture. He had a bad impression of Antares, as he remembered the immense hostility Antares held for him during Damon’s own awakening ceremony. Damon didn’t know the exact reason for such immense hostility, but he had various theories as to why that hostility existed.
