"Kai! Who are you?! Are you a spy for the holy order?!" Rick asked, clutching the bleeding stump of an arm.
"Rick, be careful, this guy is dangerous!" Carlos pointed his glaive at Kai, and had sweat dripping down his face.
"The holy order?" Kai asked. "The fuck is that?"
Rick was shocked to find out that Kai had no idea what he was talking about. "You’re not from the holy order? Then are you a spy for the guildmaster?"
"What? Dude, no. Why are you even asking these questions? Are we not going to fight? Cause I really want to fight you. Well, both of you."
"Liar! Do you take me for a fool? No C-Rank would come between a battle between S-Ranks. Not only are you confident in your strength, but it’s clear that you’re at least a tier-9 warrior! You should be an S-Rank, so you’re clearly here for us!" Rick argued.
"Ahh. Nah, I just heard your conversation with that assassin in the forest. As for my strength, I’m just this strong. I’m not tied to any organizations, nor am I after you." Kai admitted.
"W-What?!"
Carlos shook his head. "Fucking careless bastard."
"So now that our introductions are out of the way, it’s time to die." Kai rushed in with a wide smile on his face.
"Watch my back!’ Carlos shouted to Rick.
"Got it!"
