"Is your body holding up okay? You didn’t sleep all night yesterday, and now you’re so busy. If you feel tired, just let me know. There’s no need to eat the dinner you prepared tonight; we could order takeout or eat directly at the hotel."
Shen Heyu was still worried about Lu Yi’s health, though Lu Yi looked very energetic.
"Don’t worry, if I feel unwell, I will definitely tell you. The food preparation is almost done here; we can have dinner in half an hour."
"Then I’ll just wait to eat." Shen Heyu smiled at Lu Yi, and Lu Yi told Shen Heyu to sit in the living room outside.
Back in the living room, Shen Heyu gazed at the phone that was face down on the table, driven by curiosity, she couldn’t resist picking it up to see that the screen was still lit—Pei Yansi had been persistently calling her.
