"I must be dreaming, right? You actually volunteered to take me shopping one day, of course, I have time!"
"As long as it’s you, I’m always free." Chen Lingmeng held her phone joyfully, almost dancing with excitement on the spot.
Pei Yansi’s gaze was cold, his words indifferent as he replied, "I’ll pick you up from your house tomorrow morning."
"Okay, I’ll be waiting for you."
After hanging up, Chen Lingmeng held her phone and wheeled herself over to Chen Wenzhou to brag.
"Do you know what Yansi just said to me? He said he would take me shopping. I knew his heart must still hold a place for me." Her eyes sparkled with joy as she spoke, as if she were about to take off and fly.
If her legs had been healthy, that is.
