Within Heins territory, there existed a number of independent, specialized groups operating under Davey’s permission.
Some were called clubs, others research societies, and some social societies. The naming was fairly flexible.
Several among them had garnered fame, but two in particular had a reputation for causing the most trouble. One was the Gourmet Research Society, led by the high elf Yuria Helishana.
The other was the Development Society of the territory. They were a group known for achieving tremendous contributions to Heins Territory while also constantly stirring up incidents.
There were three dwarves, two humans, and one dragon member. A surprisingly large group, but every one of them had a screw loose.
“We’ll now begin the 824th research topic meeting.”
The one leading the meeting was Aeonitia O'Rowane, the youngest princess of the Rowane Kingdom. Despite being a few years older, she still retained her petite frame.
The two others present nodded at her serious tone.
“We’re out of budget.” With no preamble, Aeonitia dropped the news, prompting Tiara to sigh heavily.
“This must be because of the Gourmet Research Society. They caused trouble again, didn’t they? Now, every society’s budget has been slashed across the board.”
The last person present, Elder Goulda, stayed silent.
“At this rate, we won’t be able to finish the new weapon we were planning to implement on the airship Asgard.”
