Chapter 13: First Kill
Dominic looked behind him to notice the three Stolks by his side. He smiled. His kill had gone so smooth with the D rank. He didn't expect anything harder now. Besides his system had given a B rank weapon which he paid dearly for.
He turned sharply and waved his sword expertly and dashed forward towards the three Stolks. He moved in the wind of his speed allowing himself to tilt and dash swiftly at the Stolks.
The Stolks just stood there not noticing his presence. He smiled. The Slay Gun was really doing a perfect work. They seemed not to even detect his presence.
He ducked forward and levitated up in the air and swinging himself with his weight, he dashed towards a Stolk. His sword slashed against the neck of the Stolk. It connected but seemed not to cut through.
"Fuck! I thought this was a B rank weapon. Damn!" Dominic cursed evidently. If he was not able to cut the skin of a Stolk like him then there was no way he would be able to defeat the MC.
A surge of anger flooded him and he engaged in more effort, avoiding his weight to push in the sword. The cut pierced through and it was sharper than lighting.
"That was a bit close." He turned backwards and noticed that the other Stolks were trying to analyse who had slayed their member. Dominic smiled intently.
"Dumb asses, they can't even sense me." He dived off again and swung himself high above the ground. He twisted left, allowing gravity to create a greater force and speed on him.
"Hyaaaah!! I will kill you today!!" Dominic exclaimed and landed a swift attack on the neck of the Stolk. The head of the Stolk fell off. Dominic didn't stop there.
He dashed towards the last Stolk and pierced his sword into the him. The sword connected and he pulled it up allowing the mass of the Stolk to cut up into two.
He sighed and moved backwards quickly, allowing the massive blood from the Stolk to spill across wothout it spilling on himself. He cleaned his sword with his tip of fingers and sighed again. He had just slayed three beings. His first kill since he arrived. It wasn't even up to a day and all these? Damn! He was going to get stressed out if this continued this way.
