Chapter 11: Strategic Planning
"How the fuck did they get in here?! I thought we had our ladies stationed at our borders?" Lady Fares thundered in anger as she paced around the palace.
"Sorry your majesty but I really can't explain what happened. I'm sorry your majesty." Coris said in self pity. Dominic scuffed.
"We could settle this later. I think we need to save the town first. They Stolks would be raiding in now." Dominic said.
"He's right. We need to settle the matter on ground first." Coris said with pleading eyes.
"OK then but we must get to the root of this." Lady Fares said bluntly. Coris smiled and looked at Dominic.
"Now do we just attack?" Coris asked but Lady Fares stared out to look at Kreper who was still shivering. Despite bring a B rank, she was still naive which was why she didn't join the ranks of the military. She wasted her talent in the kitchen and on petty errands for the queen herself.
"That is supposed to be your duty, General? You possibly do not expect me to throw in a suggestion in a field I know nothing of." Lady Fares said. Coris smiled intently.
"Sorry your highness, just that I am just so suprised by the break in. I can't think straight. I was hoping to get an advice from you." Coris said. Lady Fares smiled.
"No. That would be a bloody mistake of a move. Striking in recklessly not such a good idea. The Stolks know that we would attack starlight at them but it is better to suprise them. Let's use a different tactic at this." Dominic said not looking at them but looking at Kreper who was visibly shivering.
