A month passed, and Han Shun continued his ’practice’ in Forest of Lost Mist. Bai Shijue told him to master the route of that forest, so he wouldn’t get lost anymore. He also gave Han Shun at least 3 Love talismans every night, so Han Shun could always use one of those to teleport back to Bai Shijue.
Han Shun didn’t really have to do anything in the Forest of Lost Mist, actually. All he needed to do was cultivate in that Yuzhong lake and wait for the night to pass. Though he had already told Bai Gege that he had made great progress, and he would be able to guide them both to the other side of the forest, where the gate of the cultivation world was located.
Bai Shijue still couldn’t believe that Han Shun was that talented at knowing how to navigate through the mysterious forest. But, Han Shun was the first person in history to ever reach the Golden Core at the young age of 18 in his mortal form.
So, nothing was impossible for this kid.
He would return, acting exhausted, as if he had just fought a powerful beast, but he was just chilling around.
He did that to get sympathy and personal care from Bai Gege.
Sometimes, Han Shun talked with God of Nothingness, God Han Ye. But God Han Ye didn’t say much. He often limited the conversation, refusing to answer any question that Han Shun asked.
One question that would leave no answer was the name of God Han Ye’s wife.
"What’s the name of your wife?" Han Shun asked curiously. "I mean, we’ve gotten closer, and you even told me the name of your son, Han Yuzhong. But you never actually tell me the name of your wife!"
