Chapter 399: Naming...
Brina was overwhelmed when she saw her mother walking to her.
She still remembers her mother’s lifeless condition a few days back. Seeing her in normal condition made her very emotional.
"Mum" Brina choked as soon as her mother reached out.
"Honey..." her mother was equally emotional as they hugged each other lightly. As the baby is sleeping in Brina’s arms, they are cautious.
Brina could no longer control herself and she sobbed in her mother’s arms.
Jenna didn’t say anything much but continued to comfort her daughter. She knows if she starts talking, she will soon be crying very badly, disturbing the just born granddaughter.
"I missed you, mom" Brina sobbed. "I missed hugging you like this whenever I felt low. Over these years, there is no single day I didn’t miss your warmth" she added.
"I know...I know, dear. I am sorry you had to go through all this all alone" her mother said, pursing her lips. Her husband told her about everything that happened when she was in a coma.
Her daughter has suffered.
"I had Harry but I still missed you all, mom. At the start, it was too difficult for me and I couldn’t handle the loss. If it was not for Louis and Harry, I really-" she was cut off in the middle when her mother swiftly diverted the topic.
They just met and she didn’t want her exhausted daughter to get emotional and sad. Today is a happy day... the day they welcomed the new life into their lives.
