Chapter 99: Chris’s end.
’No, it seems like Louis has lied about Sahana taking her instability as the excuses.’ he thought.
"Brina, he lied to you. He is the reason for Sahana terrible plight. And, he is not an employee like you have thought." Chris spatted out.
"He is Edward Wright, the infamous and mysterious CEO of L & E Corporations. He lied to you." Chris angrily barked out.
"I know who he is. And, it’s none of your business whether he is the reason for Sahana’s plight or not." Brina said.
Chris gritted his teeth and shouted "No, I won’t!! Brina, you can’t get mingled with such high class people and haven’t you just declined my proposal just because of that." he asked.
Louis sighed and stepped in.
"Chris Hillary, you better listen to us and get off from here. Or else, I’ll ask my people to get you kicked out from here." Louis said.
"Huh.. so that you could use Brina and dump her later?" Chris asked. "Brina, you will suffer. Being a CEO’s girlfriend is not easy. You can’t handle it." he shouted.
"Oh? From when have you started caring for me?" Brina asked.
If she tells Louis how Chris had talked a while before, she is god damn sure that Louis won’t let him off this easily. She knew he is keeping his cool self because of the reason that Chris took care of her in her former company in previous years.
Louis was overprotective of her even when he was hiding his power of being CEO. But now, things have changed and Brina is sure that Louis won’t hesitate to sue Cooper Corporations for how Chris had asked her to touch his feet and become his mistress.
