Chapter 48: I love him too
"Ahhh, let me guess. He didn’t, right?" Charlotte spoke again and Brina nodded her head.
"Actually when I saw you both like that, I remembered me and my brother. So, I felt it’s too early to judge you. And I guess, I am right? No? " Brina asked.
"Brina, to be frank, I’m Louis’s fiancée" Charlotte said.
*Thud*
Brina’s mobile slipped from her fingers and it fell down on the floor as soon as those words reached her ear.
She couldn’t help but feel shattered.
Her heart is broken.
Charlotte scrutinized the expression that clouded on Brina’s face.
’She really loves him, then!! But, why won’t she open up to him yet? Hmm? Anyway! Great!’ Charlotte thought in relief.
She just wanted to test how strong Brina’s love is for Louis.
And, really, Brina did not disappoint her.
