Chapter 30: Lunch date
"It didn’t seem as simple as that" Louis said, raising his eyebrow.
"We will get into the work right away sir" Brina told.
The word ’sir’ didn’t feel good on her tongue. It didn’t roll off the tongue as easy as ’darling’ and ’sweetheart’.
They are destined to call each other with cheesy names rather than formal ones, after all.
Even Louis didn’t like the sound of sir, coming through her lips. He couldn’t help but feel like kissing those sweet petals and stopping her from calling him sir.
However, he is helpless!! At least for now.
He couldn’t do anything more but make a promise to himself that he will make her call him ’darling’ very soon.
He sighed inside but firmly made a strong resolution.
Putting on his indifferent and aloof face, he looked at them with a stoic face.
"Good," he said and walked away.
"Phew!! He is so dangerous like a fire. I don’t want to get burned down into ashes because of his temper" Luke commented as soon as their austere boss disappeared from their sight.
