Chapter 51: The Five Major Guilds
The room was silent as everyone looked at Edgar with serious expressions on their faces.
Gabriel recognized most of those present as ones who had newly awakened their class, as they seemed relatively young—around the age of 16 to 18.
He had stepped in just as the class was starting. As soon as he entered, heads turned toward him since he was the last to arrive.
The instructor walked in, wearing an angry glare, as if he didn’t like people interrupting his class.
To avoid sticking out like a sore thumb, Gabriel quickly found a seat and sat down.
Once everyone was seated, the instructor nodded and began. "I know most of you already know, my name is Edgar DarkMore, a Hero Rank adventurer who isn’t affiliated with any guild."
Because most already knew this information, it wasn’t shocking—but what they felt was awe and admiration.
A Hero Rank might seem achievable in the eyes of a normal citizen, but in reality, it was extremely difficult.
The requirements for the first advancement were already crazy enough to fulfill, and the second was even more horrendous to complete.
In his past life, because he had joined the game late, Gabriel’s level had only reached 100 after completing his second advancement quest at level 99.
That was why he never dared to underestimate any Hero Rank—they were literal walking disasters.
