"I need to start heading out now," Gabriel mumbled to himself, scanning the carnage his Crimson Judgement Greatsword had caused.
Trees were snapped, deep craters ran through the ground, and mountains of corpses littered the area.
From the bodies, a thick, bloody mist rose and drifted into the sky.
"Not even a single point was deducted." His eyes flashed as he admired the Greatsword with genuine appreciation.
For the past couple of days, he had gone all out, hunting monsters relentlessly—morning, night, and afternoon. The Crimson Judgement hadn’t taken a break either. It had effortlessly carved through every creature.
A part of him had expected at least a little durability deduction, but contrary to his expectations, the weapon’s stats didn’t even budge.
"Truly worthy of a Gold-rank weapon," he smiled, glancing at the horizon where the sun was slowly setting.
"Well, I need to head back to the city now. If not, I’ll be late for the mission."
After that, he began making his way out of the forest.
On the way, he opened his panel to check his status screen.
