Chapter 67: Take them all
"Tonic? You think I am not strong enough?"
Niva exhaled through her nose, arms crossed, but her dark eyes glinted with reluctant amusement. "You are still drunk, Velor.You think you can handle all three of us without any help? Are you sure? "
"Mmm. Drunk on you, my love," he purred, flopping back onto the bed with a grin. His fingers twitched toward her, beckoning. "Come. Indulge me."
Serra rolled her eyes but didn’t resist when Velor’s hand found her wrist, tugging her toward the bed. "You are quite an entertainment when you are like this."
" My ladies like it? " Velor murmured, dragging a knuckle down her inner arm, " Am your man, darlings."
Mara was already halfway to the door she paused and glanced back. "Should I... still get the tonic?"
"Yes," Niva and Serra said in unison.
Velor groaned. "No. Stay. Let them fetch it.I will mindlink the guards." His voice dropped, rough and warm. "I want you here, little wolf."
Mara bit her lip, torn between duty and desire, but the way Velor’s gaze raked over her...all hungry, possessive...it made her decision for her.
She shut the door softly and turned back, her cheeks flushed.
Niva sighed, but there was no real irritation in it. "Fine. But if you pass out mid way,we are leaving you naked on the floor."
