Chapter 124: A Gruesome Scene
The pain led the man to scream at the top of his lungs. Blood was gushing out of the shoulder where the arm had been torn off.
The strong smell of blood and his screaming attracted even more zombies, and he was soon surrounded, and everyone watched as they tore his body into pieces and shoved them into their mouths.
One would vomit their intestines out just watching such a disgusting scene. A person who was alive just moments ago was now left with bones that had been gnawed on.
What was more terrifying was that he had been alive as the zombies feasted on his body parts and he had to watch until one zombie dug out his heart and bit into it while it was still warm and beating.
His intestines and other internal organs followed suit and that sight would make anyone with a weak heart collapse.
Lu Tao had to hold himself back with every ounce of willpower he could master so as not to collapse or vomit the breakfast he had just had right there in the truck.
This was the most disgusting thing he had ever seen in his life. Watching the life of a man who had been breathing and fighting energetically a second ago being extinguished just like that was heartbreaking.
"That is what happens when you get distracted during a fight. Even a short slip of your mind will cost you your life. So, take this as a lesson and be careful when you fight later." Lu Zhen broke the eerie silence in the car as he advised his younger brother.
"I understand." Lu Tao replied with a trembling voice.
