Rewriting My Fate in the Apocalypse

Chapter 37: Old Zhao Had Not Misjudged Them

No matter how much Old Zhao tried to convince him, he refused to leave. In the end, the old man gave up and asked him to shop for many supplies and also ask his family to do the same.

The old man had been acting strange since he met that couple last night but he wouldn’t say what had happened.

Now seeing so many supplies, he wondered if that old man had ordered more.

"Master, did you order any more things?" He shouted towards the study where the old man was doing God knows what.

When Old Zhao heard him, he walked out of the study and went to the entrance.

Looking at the things piled up at the door and more were still being moved upstairs, he was astonished.

"I didn’t order them." As he was saying that, one of the two delivery men moving the supplies happened to walk out of the elevator and heard them.

"These things were bought by a young couple who asked us to deliver them to you." He explained.

Old Zhao immediately knew who the couple was. He smiled to himself as he thought that he had not misjudged them. They were good kids.
