The Ken mansion had a triple celebration held in the evening for the Yang’s at dinner.
"This is a toast not only because I got married to the hot, stunning young mom, but also because these newlyweds would soon become grandparents of wonderful babies of our two handsome sons, Xander and Dion!" announced Senior Yang as he raised his glass for a toast.
"Cheers!" Everyone echoed at the dining area.
The pregnant women immediately became the center of attraction of all the guests and many even started teasing the two glowing beauties, the night was a prideful showoff for the whole family with the newlyweds basking in their happiness and the two beautiful soon to be mothers blushing while their husband’s too were both proud and feeling achieved.
Xander noticed Lana was not around so he elbowed Chad and asked, "Where’s Lana?"
"Oh, she called. She said she will stay at the floating villa and will be in time here for our leave." Chad responded then contemplated asking something, but in the end he could not help but whisper what he saw while he was roaming around the area to Xander.
"You mean Dr. Yao?" Xander croaked and Chad nodded. "She and Mara really look so much the same," Chad muttered. Xander was aware about Mara’s existence so he thought that maybe Xander knew something was going on without him knowing since it had been years already since he left country D.
"Yeah, they did the DNA testing between Mara and Dr. Yao to see if they matched since Keira said that by their looks it could be a possibility that the two could be lost twins or maybe connected or a family somehow. Keira said before that Mara looks so different from the other isolated people in that island so she speculates that Mara accidentally was cast away or left behind into that island when she’s still young. But I haven’t asked Keira about the result of the DNA. Why don’t you call Keira to know more..." Xander suggested to Chad.
Chad shook his head. He too was curious, but he was avoiding Keira Chan as much as possible. Why? Because Keira always nagged him about Mara and never left a chance in embarrassing him.
Xander then looked at his wife with suspicious squinted eyes, wondering why his wife did not say a word about Dr. Yao being at the medical facility of the island. Chewing on his lip, Xander consciously stared at his wife...
