Chapter 261: Unexpected
Jules’ pov
I gaped at Blaze as he spoke, and even though a big part of me was furious at the fact that he was making this decision right now without even bothering to ask me what I think, a huge part of me was still digesting the fact that he was also doing this right now because he didn’t want to lose me.
I let out a long sigh as I began to pace, hands tugging on my hair as I walked back and forth, feeling my mind racing miles after miles.
Why is this happening? Why is this happening now of all time?
And where is Kim?
Oh, heavens.
When I glanced over at Roy, he was busy on his laptop again, his teeth catching on his bottom lip and I let out another frustrated sigh, feeling completely powerless and ridiculous.
Blaze might be fine with Elio dying but I wasn’t, I didn’t want Elio to die, I didn’t want him to lose his life because of me. He is in a coma because of me, I didn’t want him to hate me all the way to his death.
I let out another sigh as I pulled on my hair once again. I was about to pace through the sitting room like i’ve been doing for the past ten minutes now but then my phone rang, making me stop in my tracks.
Blaze still had my phone and he glanced down at the screen right before a frown settled over his face, and then he declined the call.
"Who was that?" I asked as I closed the distance between us.
