Chapter 173: No One Else’s
Jules’ pov
When we pulled up in front of the building which we have one two more days to spend in, I let out a long breath and undid my seat belt.
I glanced down at Blaze’a bloodied shirt. "How are we gonna go in like this?" I asked but Blaze asked me not to worry about it as we alighted the car. Once I was standing beside him, he tugged me to his side in the next moment.
He retrieved a jacket from the back of the car and shrugged it on and then we made our way in.The few students still scattered outside all stared at us as we walked past them into the elevator.
I couldn’t even bring myself to wonder about what they might be thinking. My heart was feeling extremely heavy and that was because of the call I had with Andrian about thirty minutes ago. Blaze was yet to say anything about it, but he heard the entire conversation so I knew he was now aware of the fact that Andrian had decided on taking me out of the school without even bothering to inform me first.
When we got into our dorm, I let out a long sigh as I slumped against the door behind me, heart feeling like it was breaking into a thousand pieces.
When Blaze’s eyes locked with mine, he let out a low sigh as stepped closer to me till he had a hand propped against the door by the spot above my head, as he stared down at me.
"Stop thinking about that phone call." He finally spoke and I forced myself to swallow down a sob.
"I- I just can’t help it." I admit in a small voice and Blaze leaned down to nuzzle my cheek, growling a little, the sound trapped in his throat.
